Welcome to my hand balancing guide I'm trying to compile a list of all the yoga arm balance poses and acrobatic and gymnastic hand balance exercises.

I think I have gotten most of them, but if you noticed I left any out, please leave the name of the pose or exercise in the comment section.

I will keep on updating the playlist until I have found a how to video for every singleeveryarm and handbalancing movement

This guide was originally a supplement to some of my other guides, but it can also be used as an introduction to hand balancing exercises.

 

Hand balancing and strength.

Hand balancing is one of the most challenging forms of balance training because you need to develop a lot of strength to do even the basic arm balancing exercises.

Arm balancing safety

If you already have issues with shoulder pain, you should avoid these movements because arm balance poses really work your shoulders and may work your shoulder problems worse.

I listed these how to videos from easiest to hardest into the following categories different types of hand balancing exercises.

I can't do most of these poses so I might have got the order from easiest to hardest slightly off.

Building the strength to get to some of the harder poses can take a long time, you can get there if you keep at it
